Boniface, as he is referred in local scenes has now gone for William Ruto’s reputation in a drama that seems not to end soon.
Mwangi now accuses Ruto of being pr0'miscu0us by having an extr@ @ffair with an unnamed university student whom he impregnated a while ago and has a secret child.
Through his lawyer Gitobu Imanyara, Mwangi on October 21 filed a counter-accusation case against William Ruto justifying why he has no reputation to sue for.
“The defence and counterclaim also opens less known claims, such as William Ruto’s alleged extra-m@'rital liaison with an unnamed university student, who bore his baby on March 6th, 2006. William Ruto allegedly neglected to support the baby until court action was threatened against him,” Boniface Mwangi says through his legal team.
