PAINFUL DEATH: IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati Reveals how his ICT Manager Chris Msando Was Tortured and Murdered, (HORRIFIC Details)

IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati has announced that ICT Manager Chris Msando was brutally tortured and killed. Speaking at the City Mortuary after Msando's body was found, Chebukati expressed regrets over the death calling on the government to provide security to all the Commission officials. "We have no doubt that Chris was tortured; I appeal to the govt. to provide security to all IEBC employees," he stated.

The Chairman asked the police to conduct immediate investigations to ensure that the killers of the former ICT boss are brought to book. “Our issue as a Commission is who killed Msando and why and the question must be answered,” he affirmed.

He further announced that the simulation exercise of testing the transmission of results which was to take place on Monday afternoon had been postponed.

Chebukati described Msando as the most dedicated employee calling on all IEBC officers countrywide to keep calm as the approaches. According to mortuary attendants, Msando's body had injuries and his hand was broken indicating that he could have been tortured before being killed.
