Comedian and actor Tracy Morgan is fighting for his life at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey. The comedian was traveling in the company of fellow comedian James Mcnair in a limo bus.
Mcnair was killed in the fatal accident.The truck driver, Kevin 35 faces one count of death by auto and four other assault by auto counts after the truck -trailer he was driving rammed into the limo bus.
According to Warmat US CEO and president Bill Simon the company will take full responsibility if it is determined that their truck caused the accident. Morgan was a 'regular on Saturday Night Live' where he featured for seven years.
He later received an Emmy Award for his role in '30 Rock' he artist is said to have performed at a comedy tour on Friday at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino in Dower, Delaware.
