The Government of Kenya is furious towards The Obama Administration over allegations that president Barrack Obama has tapped phone conversations of President Uhuru Kenyatta and other Senior State House officials.
According to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i said will leave no stones unturned saying that this is totally unacceptable.
He added that the government will not tolerate this kind of snooping that has happened to other world leaders. Dr. Matiang'i added that they are going to summon US Ambassador Robert Godec to explain why his government was listening to conversations of the Head of State.
He said that his ministry is working closely with their counterparts in the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The US is also said to have tapped the phones of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and Rwanda leader Paul Kagame.
