An application by Kenyan born athlete to become an Austrian National has finally been completed.The Graz Marathon winner is married to Anja Marlene Prieler-Kemboi. He recently won the Salzburg Marathon an event he had anticipated to run for his new country but couldn't due to delays in the approval.
Kemboi re-located to Klagenfurt, Austria last year to be with wife Marlene.
