The International Criminal Court (ICC) has finally accepted Ugandan Scholar Dr. David Matsanga to make observations as 'a friend of the Court'
The eloquent scholar is expected to appear before the Hague based Court on July 5. Dr. Matsanga is of the believe that Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda lost the case a while ago when she said that three of her witnesses had lied to the court.
According to Dr. Matsanga, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta's case should be dropped because the prosecutor has now turned to the President's book of accounts after key witnesses withdrew from the case. He wondered how President Kenyatta's financial Statements will help the court if the very witnesses brought by the prosecutor are not credible
