Julie Matthias 49 has developed tragic ailment whereby she is now capable of changing accents without her knowledge.The woman a Chav, who was born and bred in Chatham, Kent. She initially used a Chatham accent but is now using..French..eese a close of French and Chinese accents.
She has been a victim of racism. She has found in the wrong side of the law and has reportedly been claimed to hail from France,Italy and South Africa. She is among 60 other people in the world who suffers from foreign accent syndrome
