Tomasz was on a Ryanair flight to Dublin when he made the drunken blunder that shocked passengers. The only thing that stopped him from opening the door at the rear of the plane was the air pressure, Dublin District Court heard.
The incident happened on a flight from Karkow to Dublin on July 11. Mr Mucha, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk on the flight and using threatening, abusive or insulting behavior.
He was charged with offenses under the Air Navigation and Transport Act and fined heavily after he told the court that he had realized how serious his actions were.
