During this visit, he will meet with Kenyans resident in the US in Washington, DC.Cord leader and Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has reacted angrily after learning that the president will be meeting President Barack Obama during his visit to the world's strongest country.
Through his communication adviser Eliud Owalo, Raila said that the meeting between Uhuru and Obama will have no tangible benefits to Kenya.
He said that the president is desperately trying to seek international recognition so as to receive their support after many failures of his administration.
