Muthama further added that Mutua has always been a Jubilee member who worked as the government spokesman under the former Head of Public Service Francis Kimemia,” he said.“His political affiliation is just a drop in the ocean and investigations by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission on corruption against him and some MPs allied to the governor will soon bear me out,” Mr Muthama said. He, however, said Dr Mutua was not his enemy but he would continue to play his oversight mandate in the county.
