Panic At Jomo Kenyatta International Airport After Female Passenger Dies On Arrival

There is panic at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi after a sick female passenger from Juba, South Sudan died on arrival. It is not clear what caused the death but medial officials are carrying out tests to establish the cause.

Witnesses say they saw medical officials in full gear headed towards the Port Clinic where the patient was rushed to before dying minutes after 11am Sunday.

The airport is one of the areas that are on alert for any case of Ebola that has killed more than 4,000 people in West Africa. Kenya Airways suspended its flights to parts of West Africa for fear of the contagious disease.
