As some of us are struggling to take bank loans to buy pieces of land somewhere on the outskirts of Nairobi where they are cheap, Jeff Koinange used a whooping Kshs 500,000 just to buy a packet of cigars. This particular Cuban cigars called Partagas Series D are not only expensive, but they are also used by the world's leading celebrities.
