First, Mathare Member of Parliament, Mr. Stephen Kariuki (Bishop Margaret Wanjiru’s son) arrived at Fidel’s burial clad in full reggae regalia; this was his special way of mourning Fidel who was a die-hard enthusiast of reggae music.
Apart from Stephen, singer Akothee too caused a stir; the flamboyant songstress arrived at the event under a tight security. Akothee’s security detail just reveals her stature in the industry. She then went ahead to personally visit Raila at his Bondo home where he condoled with the family.
