Almost two years since the terrorist ttack that left 67 people dead and billions worth of property destroyed, Westgate Mall is set to re-open again on Saturday after extensive refurbishment. 

Security has been beefed up, with an Israeli private firm, International Reserve Group contracted to oversee the mall's security.

Nairobi governor Evans Kidero led the media for a walk through the mall yesterday for the first time since the attack.
