A tug of war between CORD and Jubilee Alliances has started over the burial of former Housing Minister, Soita Shitanda, in Kakamega County next week. On Wednesday, CORD leaders led by Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya visited Shitanda’s home in Butali, Malava Constituency, where he said that the County Government had taken over preparations for the burial, including payment of medical bills.
