Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) leader Raila Odinga could be arrested on Madaraka Day, Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery has warned.
c, on Sunday, May 29, said that the former prime minister would not be allowed to undermine the presidency by leading a parallel Madaraka Day celebration on June 1.
