Nairobi Senator Mike Mbuvi Sonko has been branded an enemy
of the Kikuyu people and an outcast in President
Uhuru Kenyatta’s TNA political matrix.
The GEMA nation has ganged up to block him from clinching the Jubilee ticket
to vie for the Nairobi Governor’s seat in the next election and are reportedly
planning to chase him from Nairobi back to Machakos where he came from.
Speaking in a church function some time back, the Mt. Kenya group led by
Starehe MP, Maina Kamanda, vowed to edge out Sonko, saying he is unfit for
the post.
Kamanda even referred to Mike Sonko as a poor ‘dog’ masquerading as a rich man, saying the Nairobi gubernatorial seat was too sensitive to be left in the
hands a drug peddler like the Nairobi Senator.
