Former International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo, admitted to doing shoddy work in the case against President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Speaking during an interview with The New York Times, Ocampo revealed that Uhuru’s case collapsed because of the weak evidence saying he failed to piece together strong evidence against him.

He noted that the evidence he gathered against Uhuru over his alleged involvement in the 2007/ 2008 post election violence was not water tight as he would have liked it to be.
