Last Friday the country was shaken with the news of 8 young souls who had lost their lives in a road accident in Kisii while heading to a party.

The students who were students drawn from different universities, had travelled all the way from Nairobi to Kisii for an all white party. Among the dead include; Vina Morangi Isoe, Valarie Isoe, Pauline Nyanchama, Mary Orina (all from Kenyatta University), Dorothy Nyakerario (Utalii College), and Duncan Nyanaro (Dedan Kimathi University).

The accident happened when a car trying to overtake a lorry collided head-on with the Noah the students were travelling in.
