Mwangi revealed that majority of the JSC members are Government friendly and there is no way they will settle on a candidate who seems to be antiGovernment. “The JSC and Government already know who will be the Chief Justice and the Deputy and the interviews will just be another formality.” “They both know who will fill the two positions because the Government wants to control the Judiciary and it can easily do so because it controls the JSC which is in charge of recruiting judges,” said Mwangi.
