And now, yet another Congolese star is back in the headlines- over something less honorable.
Yesterday, Rhumba legend General Defao was locked up and detained at the Rickseaside Villas in Nyali, Mombasa after he was unable to settle a Ksh. 20,000 bill meant for arrears accumulated in the apartment he was staying in.
General Defao,who has been out of the limelight for quite sometime now, was Trending on Twitter for the better part of yesterday with Kenyans mocking his ignominious predicament and mostly, his ghostly – even ghastly – look that has been popularized by NTV host Larry Madowo.
