Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru, has broken her long silence on the National Youth Service (NYS) scandal where Kenyans lost billions of shillings through cartels that inflated tenders.

In an exclusive interview with one of the local dailies, Waiguru insisted that she was pushed out by cartels who wanted to benefit from the NYS cash. 

When asked the names of individuals in the cartel, Waiguru said that she will name them after investigations on an affidavit written by NYS chief suspect, Josephine Kabura, are complete.
