Reports indicate Kenyatta spent Sh21,000 on 30Kgs of Nyama Choma at the joint popularly known as “high high” during the impromptu visit.
A kilogram of meat at “high high” joint goes for Sh500 and the President ordered 30Kgs totalling to Sh15,000. The remaining Sh6000 was spent on soft drinks bringing the total amount to Sh21,000,eDaily reports.
The President, who was accompanied by Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko, Nominated MP Johnson sakaja among other Jubilee leaders, feasted on a small quantity of the meat and left large chunks to members of public who had flocked the joint.
