In the recent past drivers of Ummoiner Sacco have been on the receiving end due to their reckless and irresponsible driving in the city. But what a rogue driver of the notorious sacco did yester-morning is just shocking and he deserves to rot behind bars.

Apparently, he caused a tragic accident along Jogoo Road after he knocked down a mother who was taking her two children to school. One of her children died on the spot while the other sustained serious bruises.

Something that is more utterly of a dismay is that there was a “children crossing sign” as seen on the first photo below but the audacious driver was over-speeding and he ended up knocking the innocent kid with the mother down.
