HERE IS THE LAVISH KAREN HOUSE THAT CONTROVERSIAL GOSPEL SINGER RINGTONE HAS BEEN KICKED OUT FROM FOR FAILING TO PAY KSH 200,000 RENT!

Over the weekend, Kenya’s self-proclaimed richest singer alive was exposed as a rent-defaulting, trifling con artist who has evaded paying his house rent in Karen for the last two months.

According to his Landlord’s lawyers, Ringtone owes his landlord as much as Ksh. 400,000 which is payment for two months of residency in the plush Muiri Gardens residence in Karen.

According to a termination of lease letter addressed to the singer by lawyers acting on behalf of the property landlord, Ringtone leased the mansion situated on Karen Muiri Gardens on July 01, 2016 at Sh200, 000 per month.

After moving in, he was cooperative with the rent and actually paid a deposit and two months rent upfront as he moved in.

But things started getting thick from around September when Ringtone started defaulting on the hefty house rent always taking his landlord on a wild goose chase whenever he was called upon to pay the arrears.
