This is after President Uhuru Kenyatta was advised to arrest and jail him before January 4thfor planning to destabilize the country through mass action in order to ascend to power through the backdoor.
Kipkelion East MP, Joseph Limo, called for the arrest of Raila, saying his recent call for mass action following the amendment of the Election Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015, amounts to breach of law.

The Jubilee MP challenged the former PM to seek legal redress and not call for mass protests to oppose the changes to the election laws.
“What Raila is doing is to try and make the country ungovernable so that he can force a coalition Government that will see him land a post,” said Mr. Limo.
“Raila is using the international community and some other unorthodox methods to mess up the 2017 elections so that they can compel President Uhuru Kenyatta to share power with him like he did with President Kibaki,” he added.
Raila has called for mass action on January 4th to force Uhuru not to assent to the contentious amendments to the election laws.
