A well-orchestrated scheme, it involved two people; Eugene Argwings Kodhek and his lover a former beauty queen Kui Rukwaro. She has since changed her name and religion now a Muslim referred to as Maryam Wangui.
She was the face of the company while Argwings was the man behind the curtain pulling all the strings something he did with utmost prowess. He was an expert anyway, having been deported from the UK for attempting to carry out yet another scam.
He is popularly known as Sheikh Yasin or General Agwati and is said to be a flamboyant and publicity obsessed person who doesn’t hesitate from dropping the family name and his connections whenever the occasion calls for it.
