Miss Stellar Mwendwa, who had served the late politician for 10 years, told the court that Kilonzo had been complaining of fatigue before his death.
According to Miss Mwendwa, the late politician had also lost a considerable amount of body weight which she said had alarmed her.
When asked about how the late Kilonzo related with his workers, the deceased Senator’s secretary highlighted that the politician was strict but friendly.

Ms Mwendwa was one of four witnesses who testified during the inquest, where a certain doctor suspiciously failed to appear in court to give his testimony.
The late Senior Counsel died mysteriously in April 2013 at his farm – Kwa Kyelu Ranch – in Machakos.
His sudden death was investigated by one of the largest team of doctors to ever conduct a post-mortem in Kenya.
The team included a British pathologist, Calder Ian Maddison who was flown into the country for this sole purpose.
The hearings will resume on June 27.
