The man is a former landlord to Msando. According to the police, the suspect was in constant communication with Msando even after the IT guru moved out and bought his own house at Nyayo Estate.
The man, alongside another one, were presented in a Kiambu court but were not charged, Nation reports.
They are helping police unravel the mystery behind the cold blood murder of the man in charge of the IEBC electronic system that was used in the August 8 election.
