8. Peter Munya, the Meru governor came in second to Kiraitu Murungi’s 180,623 votes. Munya garnered 126,070 votes.
9. Hassan Omar, the Mombasa Senator came in third to the incumbent Governor Hassan Joho’s 116,833 votes. Omar garnered 22,358 votes. Suleiman Shahbal, on the other hand, garnered 35,758 votes.
11. Boni Khalwale came in second to incumbent Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya’s 258,564 votes. Khalwale garnered 96,783 votes.
12. Pius Ababu Namwamba, the Budalangi MP came in second to ODM’s Raphel Wanjala’s 9,79 votes. Namwamba garnered 8,717 votes.
13. Rachel Wambu Shebesh came in second to Esther Passaris’ 703,006 votes. Shebesh garnered 570,285 votes.
