There were retaliatory attacks after the said youth were seen to be looting the shops Kawangware. This led to a clash between the two sides. The rowdy crowd was seen cutting and injuring people while looting their shops.The area OCPD Rashid Mohamed said that the police had put up a buffer zone to quell the clashes. No deaths have been reported in the clashes but people have sustained serious injuries.
