Reliable sources indicate that He was caught up in His Karen Home, in Nairobi, shortly after midnight. This comes a day after he officially dared the Jubilee Government to go ahead and effect their threat of arresting him along with other CORD coalition Principals.
He will appear before Court of Law today to answer to three counts of gross violation of Kenyan constitution. This counts include treason incitement ,Causing public panic and insecurity that is threatening most parts of the Country.
To the contrary, the Cord Leader who was in his Pajamas looked more than cool and said that he had nothing to fear because he had withstood more vigorous tides during the clamor for second liberation in the Nyayo Era.
