Apparently Jirongo had an aff@ir with the 21-year-old Elvyna Lusaria whom he had promised to help pay for her university school fees but later ‘pulled out.’
Jirongo, a 56-year-old politician and with four wives already is said to have feasted on the lady’s honeypot for quite a while before dumping her.
