Investigations into the Tuesday incident which took place along the Sagana-Makutano road in Kirinyaga County, are said to be close to completion after which action would be taken.
According to police spokesman George Kinoti, the musician was being probed for causing death by reckless driving adding that he would soon be arraigned in court. “The investigation file is almost complete. The car underwent inspection on Wednesday and was released to the owner. Initial indications are that the motorcyclist was hit from behind. He will be taken to court anytime,” he affirmed.
