Atwoli Is All Smiles After Industrial Court Revokes His Dismissal From NSSF Board By Kambi.

COTU Secretary General is a happy man after the Industrial Court revoked a legal notice published by Labour Cabinet Secretary Kazungu Kambi removing workers’ and employers’ representatives from the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) board of trustees.

 Lady Justice Monica Mbaru lifted the notice pending the hearing and determination of a case filed by the Central Organisation Trade Unions (Cotu) and its secretary general Francis Atwoli.

 In the legal notice, Mr Kambi had removed Mr Atwoli and Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) chief executive Ms Jacqueline Mugo from the board. Meanwhile an activist Mr Charles Omanga sued in another court to challenge The CS's decision.
