Kenyan born Belgium international Divock Origi has finally been signed by Premier League runners-up Liverpool for a whopping 10million Euros. But the forward will
immediately be loaned back to French side Lille for next season.The 19-year-old impressed at this summer's World Cup in Brazil but,
according to the Reds manager Brendan Rodgers, had been on the the
club's radar since he started for the Belgian under-15 side.Origi is believed to have traveled to the United States to join up
with his new colleagues as they tour the country ahead of the new
season. His performances in general in Brazil, made him a favorite with the Belgian supporters and sparked some unusual tributes
back home.His goal at the world Cup was Belgium' first by a young player. A new-born dolphin in the Boudewijn Seapark in Bruges was
named Origi, while a techno tribute was released by DJ Ronny Mosuse in
which the lyrics consisted entirely of the striker's name.Origi becomes the second Belgian to play for Liverpool, together with goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, and the 14th Belgian to currently play in the English Premier league. Follow @africanewspost
